Nellore Housing was started to fix a simple problem: most property listings for Nellore were scattered across word-of-mouth, unmoderated social media groups, and brokers with no accountability. Prices were inflated, photos were years old, and buyers routinely wasted weekends visiting properties that had already been sold.
We built a single, local platform where every listing is tied to a real owner, verified against ownership documents, and kept up to date — whether it's an apartment in Dargamitta or agricultural land off Podalakur Road.
Today, Nellore Housing is run by a small, local team who personally visit listed properties, photograph them, and follow up on enquiries — not a faceless algorithm. We work only in Nellore and its surrounding localities, because deep local knowledge matters more than covering every city in India badly.
